Gorgeous lycocel lined skirt in vibrant blue with a splatter pains pattern. Fully lined. Buttons down front, elastic waist. Never worn - but I did pop a button off when I tried it on and can’t find the missing one. Shown in picture it’s one of the 2 top waistband ones, so you can wear without and it looks fine, but could replace that one or the top 2 and it look like a feature. It didn’t come with a spare. It feels quite weighty, moves beautifully just never felt like me. Listed as a Large on the label, fits me at size 14 but could be snug for those on the larger side of 14 despite the elastic. Would very comfortably fit a 12 and probably sit lower on waist. MIDI length.
